Bio:

Larry D. Stassin was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1965, and raised in Lake County, Indiana, until 12 years of age when his parents moved to the State of Illinois. After graduating from Homewood-Flossmoor High School, Larry attended Indiana University in Bloomington where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree 1987. Larry then enrolled at the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis where he graduated from in 1990 and was admitted to the bar that same year. Larry is currently licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District of Indiana, as well as all Indiana state and local Courts. Larry is a member of the State of Indiana Legal Ethics Committee, as well as the Committee On the Unauthorized Practice of Law.

Larry's practice is a general practice of law with areas of concentration such as divorce and family law; guardianship and estate work; bankruptcy; real estate; and criminal law, having represented various defendants in several high profile criminal cases in Lake County. Larry has also secured large personal injury settlements for clients against defendants such as the Towns of Griffith and Highland, EJ&E Railroad and Subway.
